PowerApps Vehicle Request System

Developed by Renk Bilişim on the Microsoft PowerApps platform, the Vehicle Request System digitalizes the entire vehicle allocation process, including request management, approval workflows, and fleet scheduling, to make operations more efficient, transparent, and data-driven.

With SharePoint and Power Automate integration, all vehicle requests are centralized, automatically routed for approval, and seamlessly managed by administrative teams.

The system covers every stage of vehicle management — from request creation and driver assignments to route planning and fuel tracking. Once a request is approved, the system automatically updates the vehicle calendar, preventing scheduling conflicts and ensuring resource optimization.
Integrated Power BI dashboards provide insights into vehicle utilization rates, operational costs, and fleet performance. With its mobile-friendly PowerApps design, employees can submit requests or track approvals anytime, anywhere.

How It Works

The PowerApps Vehicle Request System allows users to submit vehicle booking requests in just a few clicks. Once submitted, Power Automate workflows route the request to the relevant approver. Upon approval, the data is securely stored in SharePoint, and vehicle assignments are automatically updated.
