Employees can easily create new leave requests using the PowerApps interface, select start and end dates, and add explanations if needed.
Once submitted, Power Automate workflows automatically forward the request to the assigned approver, sending instant notifications when the request is approved or declined.

With Power BI dashboards, HR teams and managers can analyze departmental leave balances, remaining entitlements, and time-based leave trends in detail.

🔹 How It Works

The PowerApps Leave Request System allows employees to submit their leave requests directly through the application.
Each request triggers a Power Automate approval flow, which sends it to the relevant manager for validation. Once approved, it’s automatically saved in SharePoint and shared with the HR department.

The system automatically calculates leave balances and prevents overlapping leave requests.
Through Power BI analytics, managers can monitor leave utilization, plan department schedules, and ensure fair and balanced resource allocation.
