Through seamless integration with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI, all benefit definitions, employee choices, and approval steps are centralized and automated.

Employees can use their allocated annual benefits budget to select from multiple options — such as private health insurance, meal cards, fuel allowance, or shopping vouchers. These selections are automatically routed to managers for approval through Power Automate workflows, and notifications are sent to the HR and finance departments.

With its intuitive PowerApps interface, the system is fully accessible from both desktop and mobile devices.
Power BI dashboards give management deep insights into employee benefit trends, budget utilization, and cost analysis, helping HR departments make data-driven decisions.

How It Works

The PowerApps Flexible Benefits System begins with the HR team defining an annual budget for each employee.
Employees then log in via the PowerApps interface to select their preferred benefits. Once submitted, the requests are sent through Power Automate approval workflows and securely stored in SharePoint.

The system tracks budget limits, pending approvals, and benefit usage rates in real time.
Using Power BI analytics, HR managers can visualize benefit distribution across the organization and continuously optimize their compensation strategies based on real-time data.
