How It Works

The PowerApps Invoice Tracking System allows users to upload and record new invoices directly through the application.
Each submission triggers a Power Automate workflow, routing the invoice to the correct approvers and updating its status in SharePoint. Once approved, the finance department receives automatic notifications for payment scheduling.
