Employees can create requests via the PowerApps interface, add required details, and follow their approval status within the system.

🔹 How It Works

The PowerApps Travel Request System allows employees to submit and manage business trip requests digitally.
Each request triggers an automated Power Automate workflow, which sends it to the appropriate approver and records it securely in SharePoint.

Once approved, the request is automatically sent to the administrative or finance department for processing.
After the trip, the user can submit an expense report within the same system, closing the travel cycle digitally.

Through Power BI integration, managers gain real-time insights into travel expenses, departmental activity, and budget deviations, enabling data-driven decision-making and cost optimization.
